Use FormReturn OMR to design and automatically capture responses from any multiple-choice questionnaire such as ballot papers.
FormReturn can be used to design customized ballot papers which can be printed for distribution. The returned paper ballot forms are scanned, using a document scanner and uploaded into FormReturn. Processing of the responses is almost instant and the results will be stored in captured data, showing the number of forms returned and which box / boxes were marked on each form. No need for expensive hardware for the processing of electoral results.
If an aggregation rule of 1 point was assigned to each box, when the forms are processed you will be able to see which candidate has the highest number of boxes marked.
