FormReturn user licenses are available for purchase online (below) or from one of our authorized resellers.
Standard single user license - $999 US dollars.
Standard site license - $4995 US dollars.
Academic & Not-for-profit user license - $699 US dollars.
Academic & Not-for-profit site license - $3495 US dollars.
Note: Prices are exclusive of regional taxes such as VAT.
License Support Inclusions
When a license is purchased through Avangate or EB Strada, each user is given an additional 5 hours of "Support Plus" support (expires after 6 months from purchasing). Please note that we only provide support during office hours (9am - 5pm) in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST +10GMT).
