When a license is purchased through Avangate or EB Strada, each user is given an additional 5 hours of "Support Plus" support (expires after 6 months from purchasing). Please note that we only provide support during office hours (9am - 5pm) in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST +10GMT).
30 Day Trial Support
If you need help during the trial period, we can give you up to 60 minutes of free support plus support. To claim the free 60 minutes, lodge a support ticket for it in the online support system.
