FormReturn licenses are available for purchase online from FastSpring, Inc. Upon purchasing from FastSpring, you will receive a license key activation code via e-mail once payment is received in full. The activation code is used to generate a license key file to unlock the software.

Custom Orders & Form Design Services
Please email support@formreturn.com for all custom orders and quotes. Our form design rate is $150 USD per hour.
License Support Inclusions
When a license is purchased, each user is entitled to 5 hours of support (expires after 12 months from purchasing and is limited to remote desktop and instructional help with the program). Please note that we only provide support during office hours (9am - 5pm) in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST +10GMT).
If you have already purchased a license and have run out of support hours, purchase an upgrade license to receive an extra 5 hours.
